About this project

In a competitive real estate market, agents who feel like a personal brand consistently outperform agents who feel like a service provider. Nick Orlando came to us to build that brand on film — combining a polished property tour with the lifestyle moments that show clients who they're actually working with.

The cut alternates between architectural detail shots of the listing and authentic moments of Nick on-camera, building a film that simultaneously sells the property and sells the agent. It's now an evergreen piece anchoring his digital presence across listings.
