About this project

First Round's On Me is a brand built around one idea — connection — and the activation we covered was a private pool party in LA designed to bring that idea to life. The brief: capture brand merchandising in detail (wristbands, coasters, branded apparel, the inflatable beach ball) while also documenting the genuine attendee energy that turns an activation into shareable social content.

The shoot was high-volume and fast-moving. We worked the perimeter, the bar, the pool deck, and the interactive stations like the 'Biggest Red Flag' wall — looking for the candid moments where the brand and the people stopped feeling like two separate things and started feeling like the same story.
